Introducing Lists! 📝 You can now create task lists with multiple statuses. Import contacts seamlessly from Excel or your phone book to create tasks. Users have the flexibility to create multiple lists, reorder them with a simple drag-and-drop, and even choose between private and public lists. 🙌

📞 Sequential Dialing:

From each status, initiate sequential dialing. 📲 It will automatically dial each number for you, streamlining your outreach efforts.

🚨 Urgent Notes:

Never miss important details again! Users can now post urgent notes to contacts. When placing of receiving a call from that contact, a red icon will alert you, and hovering over it will display the note. 📣

🎙️ Call Transcription and Summarization:

For accounts with call recording enabled, you can now access call transcriptions by clicking on the play recording button. Plus, with AI-powered call summarization, a quick hover over the icon provides a concise summary of the call. 📞📝

📞 New Caller ID Selection in Dialpad:

Select the caller ID you want to use directly from the dialpad. It's now easier than ever to manage your outgoing calls. ☎️🆔

🖋️Edit Contact in chat tab:

No more switching between screens to make updates or corrections. Whether it's adding new details, changing contact information, or updating notes, you can now do it seamlessly while staying engaged in your conversations. ️👤💬

📱 Mobile App Enhancements:

Our mobile app gets a fresh look! 📲 The contact list has been completely redesigned. Enjoy multiple phonebooks, sub-contacts, addresses, emails, and more. Stay organized and connected on the go. 📚📧
