Caller ID Separation for Enhanced Consistency:

Previously, when someone sent a message from a different company number, it inadvertently switched the caller ID for outgoing calls to that number. This could lead to unintentional calls from unfamiliar numbers. With our latest update, we've resolved this issue by separating the caller IDs for chat and calling. Now, changing the caller ID in chat won't affect your outgoing caller ID for calls, ensuring a consistent and professional communication experience. 📱📞🔀

Enhanced Call History Labels:

Your call history just got more organized! A much requested update has made it's way to your call history view! New icons have been added to allow you to switch between My Extension easily" and "All Extensions" with ease. To enhance this feature even further, we added a "Missed Call" icon too! Keep track of all calls, create reports, and more without the worry of your filtered view resetting each time you click away from the page. 📞📋🔄

Unread Conversation and Voicemail Indicators:

We've added handy notifications above each tab indicating when you have unread conversations or voicemails. These visual cues are sure to keep you informed and connected - never missing an important interaction. 💬🔵📬

Mark Conversations Unread:

We've added a convenient feature that allows you to mark conversations as unread. In the desktop app, simply right-click on the conversation, and on the mobile app, long-press the conversation. This feature empowers you to easily prioritize and revisit important chats at your convenience. 📌💬🔵

Mobile App Voicemail Enhancements:

The mobile app has received some exciting upgrades! You can now mark voicemails as read or unread, providing greater control over your mailbox management. Additionally, the voicemail tab has been redesigned for easier viewing, streamlining your experience on the go. 📱📬✉️

Desktop App Fix:

We've addressed the issue with blind transfers within the desktop app, ensuring a seamless experience when transferring calls. Your desktop calling experience is now smoother than ever. 🖥️📞🔄
