We're excited to introduce a range of new features and improvements in the latest release of our application!! Here's what's new:

🫂📤 Contact Import:

Importing contacts has never been easier! You can now import contacts from an Excel file. Simply click on "Edit" in the phone book, and select "Import Contacts," to effortlessly manage your ever-growing phone book.

🚀💾 Attachment Uploads:

You can now effortlessly upload single or multiple files by simply dragging and dropping them onto the attachment page

🧹🗂️ File Management Enhancements:

Drag and drop your files and folders into other folders to simplify organization and help you keep your digital workspace tidy.

📰👁️ In-App File Viewer:

You can now preview a wide variety of files directly within the app. Currently, we support all Microsoft Office file formats, as well as any file types your web browser is compatible with.

🗃️📅 File Sorting Options:

Filtering has reached the files! You can now sort your files and folders by date or name. This helps you quickly locate the documents you need, whether you're looking for the latest updates or a specific document.

📞📊 Enhanced Call History Filter:

Introducing the new "And / Or" option in the call history filter. This powerful feature allows you to filter both inbound and outbound calls from a single number at the same time - Providing a more intuitive view of your customer base.

• "To Number AND From Number" must have two different numbers in each slot.
• "To Number OR From Number" allows a single number to be in both slots.

📈📠 Call Reporting:

Gain deeper insights into your call activities with our new call reporting feature. Schedule detailed automatic reports or generate instant ones from the Admin menu on the app. These reports can be sent to one or multiple email addresses and extensive filters can be applied to refine the data according to your needs.

📞🔢 Extension Dialing Feature:

Managing business contacts with phone numbers and extensions can be a daunting task. Our new extension feature allows you to save numbers with extensions, prompting the app to dial the extension for you automatically.

*This can also be dialed manually by entering the designated extension after the phone number, separated by a comma.

• For example: dialing "8557353600,102" will direct you to extension 102.

*Tricky menu option selections required before reaching your desired contact? Adding multiple commas can create longer pauses between connections, allowing you to navigate through those menu options effortlessly.

• For example: dialing "8557353600,,1,,,2,,,5" will move you through our main menu, selecting 1 from the first menu, 2 from the second, and 5 from the third menu, landing you at your desired destination without having to lift a finger.

📟💡 My Extension Default:

As many of you have requested, "My Extension" will now be the default option in the call history tab, personalizing the view and adding convenience to managing your calls.

📲🔄📞 Mobile App Enhancements:

Android: Our Android app now integrates seamlessly with your system dialer. If an incoming call comes in while you are using the app or your system's dialer, you can accept and it will place the other call on hold until you are ready to return. This will work interchangeably between calls on the app and your cell.

iOS: The iOS app now displays the Caller ID Name, providing you with more information about incoming calls.
